About Montra Therapy
Montra Therapy is a local Melbourne-based occupational therapy service, founded by an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people feel more confident, capable, and supported in everyday life.

We provide mobile occupational therapy for children, young people, and adults, with sessions delivered in the places where life naturally happens. This may include the home, school, community, supported living environment, or other familiar settings.

Montra Therapy was created to offer OT support that feels personal, practical, and easy to use in real life. We take the time to get to know each person, including their strengths, routines, challenges, goals, and support network, so therapy can be meaningful and relevant to their daily life.
Mobile Occupational Therapy
At Montra Therapy, we come to you.
Mobile occupational therapy allows us to see and understand how a person participates in their usual environments. This helps us provide support that is realistic, helpful, and suited to everyday routines
By working in real-life settings, we can support people to build skills, increase independence, and participate more confidently in the activities that matter most to them.
Supporting NDIS participants at every stage of their plan
Whether you're starting your first plan, reviewing your existing one, or trying to make the most of your current funding, we're here to help. OT services are commonly funded through Capacity Building budgets.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Comprehensive assessments to support NDIS planning and identify funding needs.
Assistive technology reports
We write AT recommendations that meet NDIS requirements and work with suppliers on your behalf.
Home & living assessments
SIL, SDA, and home modification reports to support your living situation and independence goals.
Capacity building therapy
Ongoing OT sessions to build skills, work toward your plan goals, and improve daily participation.
Not sure if you can access OT through your NDIS plan?
OT services are typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. Depending on your plan, we may also be able to assist with equipment funding, home modifications, and supported living assessments.
We're happy to have a conversation about your plan and how we can help. Reach out and we'll talk it through — no commitment required.
