About Montra Therapy

About Montra Therapy

Montra Therapy is a local Melbourne-based occupational therapy service, founded by an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people feel more confident, capable, and supported in everyday life.

We provide mobile occupational therapy for children, young people, and adults, with sessions delivered in the places where life naturally happens. This may include the home, school, community, supported living environment, or other familiar settings.

Montra Therapy was created to offer OT support that feels personal, practical, and easy to use in real life. We take the time to get to know each person, including their strengths, routines, challenges, goals, and support network, so therapy can be meaningful and relevant to their daily life.

At Montra Therapy, we come to you.
